Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– ½ cup buffalo sauce (alcohol-free)
– 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
– ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
1. First, preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Next, in a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and 1 cup of the cheddar until fully combined.
3. After that, pour the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar.
4. Finally, bake for 25 minutes. For a golden cheesy top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce if you love it saucy!
