Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp dried dill
– 2 tbsp dried basil
– 2 tbsp dried oregano
– 2 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. First, mix all the seasonings in a small bowl.
2. Next, place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
3. After that, season both sides of the chicken generously with the herb mixture.
4. Then, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5. Next, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Finally, remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
